IOLO×LES LESTON Cotton Silk Collar High-Gauge Knit

韓国・ソウルのニットブランド「IOLO（イオロ）」に、LES LESTONが別注したコットンシルクニットです。

糸の開発から韓国国内で行った、完全オリジナルの別注モデル。シャツメーカーならではの視点で、衿の立ち方や首元への美しい沿い方を追求し、IOLOの端正なニットメイキングに落とし込んだ一着です。

一般的な衿付きニットとは異なり、台衿を設けて適度な硬さを持たせることで、立体的で品のある襟元を実現しています。

素材には、コットンシルクならではの清涼感とハリ・コシを兼ね備えた糸を使用。16ゲージ・2本取りによる、軽やかでありながら密度のある編地に、ほのかな光沢を備えています。肌に触れた際の柔らかな着心地も特徴です。

上質な柔らかさと強度、そして滑らかな肌触りを併せ持つ、完成度の高い一着に仕上がっています。

ボディは適度にスリムで、美しく縦に落ちるシルエット。タックインしてジャケットと合わせるスタイルはもちろん、一枚で着用した際にも上品な佇まいとなるよう設計されています。

ボタンには、LES LESTONのドレスシャツで使用されている完全別注の白蝶貝・黒蝶貝を採用しています。

This cotton-silk knit is a special order piece by LES LESTON, created in collaboration with IOLO, a knitwear brand based in Seoul, Korea.

This fully exclusive model was developed entirely in Korea, beginning from the yarn stage. Drawing on the perspective of a shirtmaker, careful attention has been paid to how the collar stands and sits against the neck, resulting in a piece that reflects IOLO’s precise and refined knit craftsmanship.

Unlike conventional collared knits, a structured collar band has been incorporated to provide the right amount of firmness, creating a three-dimensional and elegant neckline.

The material is a cotton-silk blend yarn, offering a crisp, cool touch with natural body and resilience. Knitted in 16-gauge using a two-ply construction, it achieves a lightweight yet dense texture with a subtle sheen, along with a soft and comfortable feel against the skin.

The result is a highly refined garment that combines luxurious softness, durability, and a smooth hand feel.

The body features a moderately slim silhouette with a clean vertical drape. It is designed to be worn tucked in with a jacket, while also maintaining an elegant appearance when worn on its own.

The buttons are custom-made exclusively for LES LESTON, using white and black mother-of-pearl as found on its dress shirts.
