日本国内のハイクオリティタンナーにて仕上げられたホルスタイン原皮を使用したカーフスキンレザーシャツ。

0.6㎜に均等に漉き、シャツに適した薄さに調整し、柔らかさを保ちながら適度なコシを残したレザーでありながら軽やかな着心地を実現したシャツです。

上質な部位で取れるよう手作業によって裁断し、シャツの落ち感を最大限いかせるよう、革の1枚1枚の個体差を見極めながら手裁断を行っております。

縫製には他のシャツと同様の折伏せ処理、三巻処理などの本縫いを採用しております。

布帛シャツと同様の高度な仕立てを実現する為に手作業で厚みを消すなど、完成度を極限まで高めたレザーシャツです。

※こちらは製品洗い済ですが、着用や洗濯を繰り返す事により多少の伸縮や色落ちがあります。

A calfskin leather shirt made from premium Holstein hides, finished by a high-quality tannery in Japan.

The leather is evenly skived to approximately 0.6 mm and adjusted to an ideal thickness for a shirt. While maintaining softness and a moderate firmness, it offers a lightweight and comfortable feel despite being leather.

Each piece is hand-cut to ensure only the finest sections are used. To maximize the natural drape of the shirt, every panel is carefully selected and cut by hand, taking into account the individual characteristics and variations of each hide.

The garment is sewn using traditional shirt-making techniques, including flat-felled seams and rolled seam finishes, just like other high-quality shirts.

To achieve a level of tailoring comparable to fine woven shirts, thickness is carefully reduced by hand during construction. This meticulous process results in a leather shirt finished to the highest level of craftsmanship.

Please note: This garment has been pre-washed, but slight shrinkage or fading may occur with repeated wear and laundering.
